Skater Girl

Hello Sassy Fans! Wow, what a turn out we've had for the blog hop! You guys really like these stamps don't you. Hopefully today my card will make you love them even more. I've got a few pics today(though they didn't turn out all that well, sorry) so I'll get on with it. For today's inspiration I've used.....

....'Skater Girl' and I am so loving her! Who am I kidding, don't we love them all, lol. As soon as I looked at her I had a vision for how I wanted her colored and this is what came from that. I'm still trying to think a little outside the box for you folks, so I hope you like her. So I did it all backwards again and had to find papers AFTER...that took a little time, but here's what I came up with.....

These fab papers are by Glitz design. I've again kept it clean and simple as she's a skater chic she's not real into that fru, fru stuff. In order to make the card stand out a bit more I've added stickels to all the edges and the flowers...think you can see it a little bit..and there's some black rhinestones on there.

Here's what the inside looks like. About the only time I ever get the inside finished is when I make an easel card, lol I've inked the edges of these papers to add definition and the swirly thing was cut with my cricut.

Oh' and look at this, I actually remembered to take a pic of my copics, yay!
Well, I think that about does it! Hope you find yourselves inspired today. If you have any questions please feel free to ask either on here or my personal blog and I'll get back to you.
Have a great day!

  17. Love the pink flowers with the black ribbon either side of the image & a lovely idea with the black, pink & mauve which means it's girlish but as you say not into the frilly stuff. Just enough of the frills to not make her a Goth in leathers. Super.
