Happy friday to all of you!
I know, our blog hop has been nearly a week ago but since this is my first post after it I want to thank you all for taking part and also for the wonderful comments you´ve left to all of us! So, as a little thank you I am going to send some star dust out to you to make today a magical day for all of you.
And what better image can there be to do that than
Star Dust?!
She´s so adorable and I can see me using her for so many occasions - kid´s birthdays, girls cards in general, tooth fairy cards (yes, in my house the tooth fairy not only leaves a gift but also little cards and letters - and for that they get back cookie crumbs from my girls LOL) and any occasion where a little magic is needed... So, today that magic goes out to you - and it seems like she wasn´t too careful with all the start dust (aka Stickles) since there is some of it all over the card.
I colored her hair in light blue and gave her that dark blue dress. To me she looks kind of a night fairy (does this word make any sense in english?). And to not make the card too dark I added some light pink to the band in her hair and her gloves. I used these markers for the coloring:

Beautiful Kathrin!! Love the colors and the papers are Gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteI can see what you mean about her being a night fairy. Love the blues you've used for her hair & dress. The pink picks up the pinks in the papers beautifully & I like all the layering of stars combined with stamped edging of stars onyour image panel - it's really effective the way the stmaping goes off the edge & onto the border layer there. I've not thought of doing that before.
