This week our spotlight is on Debs!!
And here is what she made for us..
Using Star Dust
and
Using Bad Hare day
Start by telling us a little about you:
I live in South Yorkshire with my card widow hubby and two gorgeous
children...Milly 8 and Casey 11.... I work part time in a call centre
and deal with question's about Child Maintenance and other wider
separation issues...it's a very rewarding job but can also be draining
at times so crafting is my escape...i also make fabulous carrot cake
and love Karaoke although i sing VERY badly :0)
*When did you start card making and what made you start?
I've always been a crafty person starting off with cross stitch when i
was around 16 ..i then played around with decoupage for a while and
have always made cards on and off ..but i didnt seriously start card
making until around 3 years ago... but i still get a lot of pleasure
from my sewing :0)
*What is your preferred coloring medium?
Pro Markers...i also like to use aqua markers but i recently had a
play with some Copics which of course i now NEED!!
*What is your fav Simply Sassy stamp?
Do i have to choose just one??....erm..Hippy Chick and Fairy Tale are
easiest to colour as they are a little bigger than the newer stamps
but i love Spread Your Wings...and Stardust...and Luv a
Latte...and..........
*How did you notice the Simply Sassy stamps the first time?
Through the Sugar Nellie Blog..one of the first i followed when i
started blogging 2 years ago :0)
*What is your favourite style (card making)?
I love the Shabby Chic look but i love to try new things and at the
moment i'm trying really hard to master Clean and Simple
*And what would you love to see more of at the Simply Sassy blog?
maybe a few colouring tutorials for different types of medium and
maybe the occasional challenge??.....
