feeling blue

Hello dear Sassy fans - and welcome on this sunny friday for another inspiration post by me, Kathrin.

Feeling blue is what I named that post - not that I am down but this little Sassy looks so sad and you can tell from one view that she´s missing a beloved someone. So the name

Missing You

that this stamp was given is perfectly matching the look.
I love this Sassy - her hair is wonderful (wish mine was like that!) and it´s so much fun to color her in.
I think she would also make a fun "keep on with the sports" card - her dress looks a bit like those Adidas sports clothes and with her sitting on the tree trunk she might have gone jogging into the woods and is powered out now, taking a rest on that tree trunk before she needs to get all the way back. Well, that´s for sure what would happen to me - and for sure that tree trunk wouldn´t be very deep in the woods!LOL

To keep with the feeling blue theme of the post I used a lot of blues on the card as well. I only added some white and a touch of green.

I used this fortnight´s sketch from The Sugar Bowl for my card and this was a really fun one to play with!

It´s the first time I used cheesecloth on my card and it adds so much! I made a bow from it but tucked under the flower it also looks like some kind of skeleton leaves.

For the coloring I went with these Copics:

Hope you´ll have a wonderful weekend!
