So What!

Hello lovely Sassy followers, hope your Monday is off to a good start! Autumn here with your first bit of inspiration for today and as the title shows I have  'So What' to share with you today.

I really saw her as being used for a CAS card and I found a great sketch over at CLP go help me incorporate that wonderfully.  I found this fab paper in a MME pad and thought they would be perfect for her. The blue stuff is some self adheasive mesh I got ages ago and I don't know where it's from.

she was colored with copics(sorry I don't have those for you, I was working on to projects again), but if there's something you really want to know I can probably figure it out. The pink shading was done with pebbles chalks and I used a few gray prisma's for shading.

That's all for me today, short and sweet for ya! Thanks for stopping by and be sure to check back later to see Alina's fab creation!

Have a great day!

Simply So What?!?

Hahaha, us Sassy DT girls seem to have our favourites, if you look at last week when three of us used Sundae Service in the space of two days, and now Kathrin and I have both used So What!. She is adorable isn't she, with her know-it-all attitude and great fashion sense :D!

I have used her on a doorhanger, perfect for a teen girl's bedroom with a text like "Enter At Your Own Risk" or "Stay Out" or "No BOYS Allowed" ;o) I loved this text though, it's from the design paper and matchy-matchy, just how I like it!

Project Ingredients:

Stamp:
Simply Sassy "So What!"
Paper: Bazzill Basics cardstock kraft; My Mind's Eye design paper "Breeze"
Embellishments: staples; adhesive pearls; Papertrey Ink ribbon
Tools: Spellbinders Nestabilities Classic Circle and Scalloped Circle Large; EK Success Retro Flower punches; Stampin' Up! edge punch
Copics:
E00, E51, E93, E21 (skin, cheeks, lips)
Y28, E53, E50 (hair)
YG95, YG93 (greens)
BG15, BG13 (blues)
E44, E43, E42 (browns)

Right, that's all from me this week, it's a gorgeous day over here in The Netherlands and I'm going to enjoy it to the full :D! Have a great day, see you soon!

Hugs,
Erica

so what...

Happy friday Sassy fans!

Today I am sharing a card that I made using

So What

from the latest release.

When I was looking at her, thinking about which saying to use with her I thought that she would be perfect to just say hi. That's why I used this cute little text stamp by Stampin' Up, put on a punched out postage stamp.

As colors I went with green and blue for her and used some shabby papers which I think suit her wonderfully. To distress the edges I used my brand-new Distrezz It All by Zutter. Well, I am a tool junkie so as soon as I saw it I knew I would buy it sooner or later. It works great - and the mess is way less than it was when I used one of those edge distressers.
I used two big blue fabric flowers and some lace as decoration.

And this is what I used to color the image with:

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
