A Spell of Love

Morning Peeps,

Hope you all had a good weekend. Mine was a lot better than the week I had, lol, for those of you who follow my blog you'll know it was eventful and costly to the tune of around £600, I guess I'll have to sell a lot of cards to make that amount of money back, lol.  Just popped back to edit as after writing this scheduled post and sitting down my TV has just blown up, how's your luck!

Today, I'd like to inspire you with the Simply Sassy image "Best Witches" available HERE, what a fab name for this stamp.  I loved Maria's idea of using her for Valentines so guess what...... yep,  so have I.  Now as she's a witch she needed a book of love spells, lol, so I made her one and have added it at the bottom of my card as an embellishment.

What do ya think?  I think she could have lots of books of spells, dont you, birthday wishes, good luck, love, halloween to name but a few.

Here's a close up of this funky image.

Here's my little book of spells, lol.  I wrote the word and then went over it using a versamark pen and then added clear embossing powder and heat embossed. Then I added a couple of little loveheart pearls, just so she can tell that this spell book is for "luvvvvvvv". I have a text stamp and stamped a few pages with text inside to make it look authentic. A little bid of a sanding down on the spine, as of course it is ancient.

Another picture with the tag pulled out which says "You and Me".

Now don't forget to pop back tomorrow for some more inspiration.
