Welcome to "Tutorial Thursday" here at the Simply Sassy inspiration blog!
This burger box was the first project I posted here and so many of you wanted to have a tutorial for it - so this is what I have for you today.
You´ll need:
- plain cardstock for the box itself
- some patterned paper
- pencil
- scissors
- ruler and bonefolder
- glue
- a piece of ribbon
- and of course one of the cute Simply Sassy stamps to put on your box!
I have made a pattern for you that you can download HERE as a pdf. You should be able to adjust it in size. Print it on your home printer and transfer the pattern to your cardstock (or print it directly on the cardstock if you aren´t using a 12" x 12" sheet of cardstock but you won´t be able to erase the lines once you´ve cut out the box).

Use your scissors to cut out the box at the solid lines. Then take a ruler and your bone folder and score at all the broken lines:
Now you can put the box together. I didn´t erase the lines so you can see how it is adjusted - but without the lines it would for sure have looked nicer. ;O)
All that´s left to do now is to decorate your box.
I cut some designer papers and glued them on the plain cardstock. This was quite tricky but you can print the pattern of the box slightly smaller and transfer the parts you want to cut from designers paper.
Under the designers paper I put some ribbon to close the box (which isn´t necessary but adds a nice look). I wrapped the ribbon around the whole box but you can also just glue two pieces to the bottom and top/lid before you adhere the papers.

I hope you liked this tutorial - feel free to answer any questions if ther´s something I left out to explain.
Oh, and I´d love to see your boxes if you try your own so please link them in the comment section!
