A witch and a bunny....

Hello dear Sassy fans and happy friday! Nice to see you.

For today´s post I have made a card using one of the cutest witches out there in the world of stamping:

Best Witches.

Oh I so love her dress, that hat with the dotty ribbon around it and of course the cute and so not-scary look on her face.

I wanted to make a blue and green card since I haven´t done one in ages and these are the Copics I used to add color to that cutie:

To repeat some elements from the image I added some tiny buttons to the card that also had the perfectly matching color. And to not overload with blue I finished the card off with some dark green pearls and some lime green Stickles on the edges of some of the papers.

papers: DCWV and K&Company
lace-die: Magnolia
saying: Studio G
cardstock: Bazzill
flower-die-set: Sizzix

But I also have another card I want to share with you - or better said: that I finally can share with you since it made it to the recipient and I am not reveiling any secrets anymore.

It´s this cute "somebunny loves you" card using

Bad Hare Day

image:

When I first saw that cute image the first thing that came to my mind was the saying I used here: somebunny loves you.

She so reminds me of my twin girls since their all time favourite thing to snuggle with was and still is a little bunny that they loved from the moment they found it in the garden on easter day 8 years ago... I don´t remember how many times I saw them holding those bunnies like the cutie on this image does.

And so this is the perfect image to show someone how much you love him/her.
Red, black and white seemed to be the perfect colors here. I used Copics to colore the image and put some black glitter glue on her skirt.

papers: GCD and DCWV
flourish-die: Quickutz
butterfly-die: Marianne D
saying: computer generated
chipboard-heart: Basic Grey
cardstock: DCWV

So, all that´s left now is to wish you a wonderful weekend. Make sure you pop over here though - it´ll be worth it! ;O)

  1. I love your balance of blues & greens in teh first & the use of blue for eccenting. That glower is tremendous. As for the second - the colours remind me of Alice & the Queen of Hearts. That heart is stunning & your use both black & white laces.
