Simply Said...

Hello Sassy Fans! Hope you are all off to a good week. It's bright and sunny in my neck of the woods and were supposed to have a great weekend, so I'm already looking forward to Friday! However, today is Wednesday, and I have a card to share with you. Here is...

'Call Me' available at Funky Kits here. I've kept this one pretty CAS and actually the charm was even an afterthought, lol.  This girl reminds me of myself the many times I was waiting by the phone for my husband to  call while he was away on a deployment or otherwise....perhaps this will stay in my stack until I or someone close to me needs just this card!
The sentiment is mine(available for free here).... tho I'm thinking maybe it's a bit large, but I guess it gets the point acrossed, lol and the gorgeous papers are from BoBunny's Gabrielle collection and they've all been distressed and inked.

Here's a close-up of our girl. I've colored her with copics and the background is done in chalks. Sorry I don't have a copics list for you as she's been colored for some time.

I guess that about does it for me today. Hope you are having a fantastic day! Thanks for stopping by and be sure to stop by later to see what wonderful creation Anita has come up with for you!

Have a great day!
xxAutumn

  4. The combiantion of kraft cardstock & kraft coloured lace is delightful & I love your placing of the sentiment in that corner. The colours of the striped paper are picked out beautifully & that shaddow under her foot is striking. The balance of the white phone with the white slippers is also rather eye-catching & I love how you've attached the charm & the way it leads the eye down towards the image & balances the sentiment - which I think needs to be that size covering the layers of papers & lace.
